We feel that in order to better serve our clients, scheduling an appointment allows us the time necessary to find that special bridal gown. It ensures that we have a qualified bridal boutique stylist available to work with you and your guests one-on-one to answer any questions you may have and offer styling tips and suggestions. We will try our best to accommodate walk-in's when we have dressing rooms and stylists available to help. Saturdays tend to be our busiest day, so we often do not have the spare dressing room and bridal boutique staff to serve walk-ins. It's always best to call ahead to ensure that we are able to best help you find your perfect bridal gown!

We suggest you put great thought to the people you chose to invite to your bridal appointment. The rule of thumb is to invite anyone who you envision being a part of the memory of you finding your gown! The emotions and feelings only happen once and we'd hate for a loved one to miss out on celebrating you in your special moment. We can always assist in helping set up a video call with family and friends that may live a distance away so they can be a part of your "YES" moment.

For bridal gown appointments, we schedule an hour and a half with your bridal boutique stylist. Our "Off the Rack" bridal appointment is scheduled for an hour. Our "Little White Dress" appointment is scheduled for a half hour. Our upgraded "The Experience" appointment is scheduled for two hours with the entire store to yourself!

Yes. We have an entire appointment dedicated to this for brides that have a close wedding date, want to save a little money and want to be environmentally friendly! The hour-long appointment is available to book and is "Off the Rack" Sample Bridal Gown Appointment.
Once a dress is sold off-the-floor, it is typically not restocked as we try to keep our inventory fresh and ever-changing. If you are interested in purchasing a dress from our collection, we coming to your appointment with the mindset that if you find what you love you are ready to say YES and celebrate!

Our custom order bridal gown pricing ranges from $1,300-$5,500 with the majority priced between $1,500-$2,500. We also have a collection of sample gowns to accommodate bride's with a fast-approaching wedding date and lower budget who are still looking for a high-quality designer gown.

Our wedding gown designer's time frame ranges from 6-9 months. Each gown is considered a special order and made just for you! Designer's will often accommodate rush orders when possible at an additional fee. We recommend a bridal gown to be ordered no less than 9 months before the wedding date to allow for alterations to be scheduled once the gown arrives.

We do not have a seamstress in house as all of our favorite and most qualified seamstresses chose to work independently out of their own studio's. Once you have purchased your gown, we will be happy to provide you with our list of vetted and qualified seamstresses in the area and beyond to that are capable of altering your special gown.

Yes of course! We offer phone, email and virtual sizing consultation options for all brides that are purchasing their bridal gown with us but many not be able to make it in to our bridal boutique or are located out of state.
We would be happy to arrange to ship the dress to them once it arrives to our bridal shop and we are able to inspect and press it to ensure that it is perfect from the designer.

We require a 75% deposit on all special order bridal gowns. If you are unable to reach that amount, we would be happy to arrange a payment plan with you and order the gown once we have reached this amount.
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and check. On the final payment, we do not accept personal checks.

Of course! Although, take phone camera pictures with a grain of salt as the quality is nowhere near what your professional photographer will capture on your wedding day. Pictures can be great as a form of reference but always remember how you feel in a gown is the best indicator of your feelings towards it!

We offer a curated selection of wedding gowns and bridal gown accessories.
We also offer dry cleaning and gown/accessory preservation services even if you didn't purchase your dress with us.

Because of the delicate nature of the dresses and preserving their cleanliness and the studio, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing outside food and beverages besides water with you to your appointment. We love supporting our local restaurants and would be happy to recommend a place for you to continue your celebration!
If you are interested in a private closed-studio appointment with provided food and beverage, we suggest booking a "The Experience" appointment!

At the start of 2024, we made the difficult decision to focus on where our heart was- with our brides. Our studio offers bridal gowns, accessories and bridal dry clean services.
We are happy to refer you to other local boutiques who offer the same level of expertise, care and customer service we d0 and who will value your business.
