We feel that in order to better serve our clients, scheduling an appointment allows us the time necessary to find that special dress. It ensures that we have a qualified sales associate available to work with you and your guests one-on-one to answer any questions you may have and offer styling assistance.
We will try to accommodate walk-ins when we have dressing rooms and sales associates available. Saturdays tend to be our busiest days, so we often do not have the spare dressing room and staff to serve walk-ins. It's always best to call ahead to ensure that we can work with you.
Customer service sets us apart from on-line sales. Our experts sales team will guide you in your search for the perfect dress. We expertly measure, order, and inspect the gown upon arrival and have it looking its very best for your special event. We take care of all details and issues for you in a way that a gown purchased through the internet would not. We do offer shipping options for customers who live out of state.
For brides we schedule an hour and a half. Bridesmaids and mothers we schedule hour long appointments. We suggest you bring no more than 3-4 guests with you for your bridal appointment.
Yes. We have a large selection of deeply-discounted sample dresses in our "Sample Closet", which is open on weekdays only.
Our custom order bridal gown pricing ranges from $1,000-$5,500 with the majority priced between $1,500-$2,500. We also have a "Sample Closet" of sample gowns to accommodate bride's with a quicker turnaround and lower budget who are still looking for a high quality designer gown.
Our wedding gown designer's time frame ranges from 4-7 months. They will accommodate rush orders when possible. We recommend a bridal gown to be ordered no less than 9 months before the wedding date to allow for alterations.
Special order's for bridesmaid and mother's gowns will have a time frame of 3-4 months. They will accommodate rush orders when possible.
We do not have a seamstress in house as many of our designers offer custom sizing and changes in the production of your special gown. We can provide you with a list of qualified seamstresses in our area and beyond to that are capable of altering your special gown.
Yes of course! We offer phone and email sizing consultation options for all bridesmaids who are located out of state. We would be happy to arrange to ship the dress to them once it arrives to our store and we are able to inspect and press it to ensure that it is perfect from the designer.
We require a 75% deposit on all special order gowns. If you are unable to reach that amount, we would be happy to arrange a payment plan with you and order the gown once we have reached this amount.
We accept all major credit cards, cash and check. On the final payment, we do not accept personal check's.
Unfortunately we do not allow photography or offer champagne during our appointments. We have found that pictures often confuse our brides as it doesn't truly depict the beauty of the bride in her dress. Once a dress has been decided on, we are more than happy to allow as many pictures of the dress as you would like. Unfortunately we do not possess a liquor license through the town to allow champagne to be offered during appointments. We would be happy to provide bar and restaurant suggestions to continue your special celebration.
In addition to wedding, bridesmaids, and mothers gowns, we offer flower girls dresses, veils, headpieces, belts and jewelry. We also offer dry cleaning and gown preservation services.
